Zinio

Zinio is the Westfield Memorial Library's magazine database. 

Zinio gives you intuitive navigation and search features.  Zinio gives you the magazine articles in their original formats with all illustrations and charts included and even video and audio.   As of June 2014 the Westfield Library subscribes to 34 magazines through Zinio.

Overdrive Advantage

Overdrive Advantage is a special service that the Westfield Library subscribes to that provides additional licenses for ebooks. Thanks to Overdrive Advantage, you have a shorter waittime for ebooks.

Book Club Kits

Each kit contains ten paperback copies of the same title, discussion questions, and other resources. You can check out a kit and distribute the books among your book club members. Each member now has a copy of the next book to be discussed without any extra work at all. Convenient and easy!

Caryn Lin: Electronic Violinist

Caryn Lin, 'Other worldly electric violinist,' plays her electric violins and uses sound effects and looping to create short, on-the-spot recordings or her violin, voice, and percussion.  Layers of sound over deceptively simple melodies result in music that is both otherworldly and totally catchy, mesmerizing and unique!  It is eclectic, combing New Age, World, and Classical.

Summer Science Fair!

There are so many interesting questions in the world!  Here's your chance to think of one and conduct an experiment!  Just sign up, conduct your experiment on your own time (we have lots of books to help you think up ideas) then come to our Science Fair evening and show us what you found out!
